A collaboration between Realtor & Lender to work the leads assigned. Both will call on the assigned leads to convert into showings, appointment, and opportunities. Live transfer on both sides to maximize production.
How is this different from me calling myself?
Teamwork makes the dream work. We encourage you to hop on zoom or google meet to keep each other motivated, go over objection handlers between calls and use this hour as a learning opportunity along with re-engaging new leads
Can I do this with a loan officer outside of the power hours?
Absolutely, we want you to use the power hours as a chance to work with different LOs and find someone you mesh well with. Make sure to follow up with each other after the calls to go over re-engaged leads and set up more power hours on your own!
